Easter 2016

On Sunday we celebrated the risen Lord. What a blessed weekend we had. It all came to an end on Sunday morning with our Easter service. Our choir has been a blessing throughout the weekend. It is wonderful how things come together. Pictures are below:

Richards Bay PARISH

Yes, we are the new kid on the block! We are the Benjamin (youngest child) of all Parishes in Empangeni Circuit! The Diocesan Council has decided to give us Parish Status and from the 1st of January 2016 we will be called Richards Bay PARISH. Part of the Parish are Mandlanzini Congregation, Richards Bay Congregation and Aquadene Preaching place.

We are thankful for our Mother Parish – Enkanyisweni for investing time, money and man-power into our congregation, but when a child grows up to be adult, there comes the time to leave the parent! Enkanyisweni, we are very grateful for all the support we’ve seen and received. We will always have a close connection to you.
Today we elected a new Parish Council:

B.B. Biyela (Chairperson)

M. Sibiya (Deputy Chairperson)

T.T.Xulu (Secretary)

N.Ntuli (Deputy Secretary)

M.M. Xulu (Treasurer)

K.E.Msomi (Synode Delegate)

R.G. Sibiya (Add. Member)

M.M.Msane (Add. Member)

For the next 6 Month Rev. S. Gensicke will be Parish Pastor!

Keep us in your prayers, because 2016 will be full of Challenges for a young Parish like ours!
